Netscape Navigator Version 3.x

1. Start Netscape Navigator if is not already running.

2. From the Options menu, select Network Preferences.

   Netscape displays the Preferences dialog box.

3. Click the Cache tab.

4. Click Clear Memory Cache Now, and then click OK.

5. Click Clear Disk Cache Now, and then click OK.

6. Click OK again to close the Preferences dialog box and return to Netscape.

Netscape Communicator Version 4.x

1. Start Netscape if it is not already running.

2. From the Edit menu, select Preferences.

3. Click the + (plus sign) next to Advanced, and then click Cache.

4. Click Clear Memory Cache Now, and then click OK.

5. Click Clear Disk Cache Now, and then click OK.

6. Click OK again to close the Preferences dialog box and return to Netscape.
