| In the process of doing my family tree, I have found tons of stuff for those on my mother's side, but my father's history is very vague. My great grandfather settled in the Lansing, IA area in the mid 1800's and most of his family, other thatn my grandfather seem to have dissapeared. My great-grandfather was Peter Adolph Peterson, born in Norybas, Sweden in 1813, and married Augusta Charlotte Edlund 0n Jan3,1874 in IA. He had several children but I have no idea what happened to any of them, other than my grandfather, Abel. The other son was either Carl or Charles and he supposedly moved to Minnesota about 1910 along with his wife, Ida and his children. If you have any knowledge pertaining to these individuls, any help would be appreciated. |
