Obituary: Atlantic (IA) News-Telegraph Monday June 23, 1952 Mrs. Irene Geraldine Jenson, 33, wife of Lloyd Jenson of Oxford, PA, and daughter-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. Jens Jensen, 606 West Tenth St., died Sunday evening at 6:30 in the navy hospital at Brisbane Md. She had been in failing health three years. The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Adams, she was born at Farmland, IN. August 10, 1918 and was married to Mr. Jensen at Phoenix, AZ January 29, 1945. They lived at various places where her husband was stationed with the the navy and spent a year in England. She was a member of the Methodist Church. Surviving besides the husband, stationed at Brisbane, are her father, Nathan Adams of Muncie, IN; two sisters, Mrs. E.L. Hunt of Texas and Mrs. Fred Todd of Muncie, and three brothers, Rollie, Gail, and Marvin Adams, all of Muncie. Her mother died in 1944. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Roland Funeral Home and interment will be in the Atlantic Cemetery. The remains will arrive here Wednesday noon and will be at the funeral home until the service hour.
