I am researching parents of William Mark Carter, Sr. William Mark was born 1822 in Albermarle Co., Virginia. He was married in 1840, Bath Co., Virginia to Evaline Rhea. She was born 1821 in Virginia. Believe William Mark's father was Thomas Carter, born 1795/1800. Wife, Susan. Would also like information on Evaline's parents. Believe her father was Thomas Rhea and mother was named Sarah.
