I am presently researching the William Joseph Aki family of Hoolehua, Molokai. William originates from Piihana, Maui, HI and his wife Annie Wahinealii Kaiahua originates from Waipio, Hawaii. They moved to Molokai, HI where they married and raised 14 children on Homestead land in Hoolehua, HI. The oldest son is William Kalani Aki then Wilfred Kaanohi, Nani, Jenny, Winifred, Anna, Napua, Emily, Abraham, Mahiki, Charlie, Katie & two others who died at an early age. William Joseph was known as "Red" Aki as his hair was reddish in color. He worked for the County Dept. as a laborer. |
