I am researching the AKRIE family from North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and Pittsburg, PA. My grandfather, Harvey Akrie does not appear on the Pennsylvania census. He did however, marry Adella Holloway; I believe they were married in North Carolina and eventually had nine children: , Julius, Eural, Theodore, Ophelia, Harold, Eunice, Calivin, Costell, and Lawrence(Dave).In addition, I am also researching the SAMUEL BRUCE, family of Arkansas, he married Berthola Kelly and had a son, Edward Bruce aka: Bruce Edwards.I am also connecting the ties together for the FREDDIE BROWN family of Augusta, Georgia. He married Mattie Lee Brown and they had seven children: Juanita, Roosevelt, Freddie Mae, Willie James, Rudolph, Ralph,and Robert.With all the other help I could use, any information on the NOLAN SWANIGAN, SR., family based out of California will be greatly appreciated. Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share information that I have gathered.
