In 1995 a few researchers banded together to form a group whose chief purpose was to bring everyone into one central place to share data and exchange research in the hopes of making sense of the Rainwater family during the early years of America. With now more than 70 members, The Rainwater Family Association and Research Group is steadily growing and more and more is being unearthed about our early ancestors in this country. One chief goal of this association is to dispel much of the past 100 years worth of poor research and pure conjecture which is passed around today as some type of proof. Feel free to check out our main web site. There are places to get started on your research and a membership form so that you can receive the quarterly newsletter (back issues still available). We look forward to having you as an important member of our team.Robert O. Albert Jr.Association President Publisher/Editor of the "Rainwater Researcher"
