Researching the family names Sproat, Alcott, Compton, and Garsow.The Sproat family extends in a direct line back to Robert Sproat who came to the US in 1630 from Scotland. The earliest folks lived in Massachusetts and Vermont. At this time I would like to contact anyone with the name Sproat in their ancestry.I do have an original handwritten gneology of the Sproats written in the mid 1800's and added to during subsequent generations. Can we talk? |
