Notes for Emilie Sophie Bremer: Obituary, The Oklahoman, July 30,1964, p. 30: "Emilie Roberts dead at 88; rites pending. Mrs. Emilie Roberts, 88, of 1022 NW 100, died Wednesday at her home. Services are pending with Sherman Funeral Home. Mrs. Roberts was born in Henderson, Minn., and came to the city in 1947. She was a member of the Methodist church. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Minnie Pearson of the home, and Mrs. Pricilla Whitenack, Long Beach, Calif.; two sons, Earl Alden, 1014 NW 100, and Leroy Dean, Taft, Calif., and a sister, Mrs. Minnie Finley, Rockford, Ill."
Notes from Rhodley Alden: She married Wilber Horatio Alden in MN before the Bremer family removed to OK Territory. Wilber died of a brain tumor at age of 32 leaving Emilie with 5 young children, one of which was my father, Earl Henry Alden. Emilie and kids followed her parents to OK where she married Lyndon O. R. Dean, a gentleman from Maine. They had 2 kids. When Lyndon died in 1947, Emilie married Albert Roberts. They had no children. Emilie out-lived her first 2 husbands and possibly her third one as well. I do not know when he died. She married Wilber Horatio Alden first on 18 Sep 1895 in MN. He died 26 Mar 1906 in Brownton. Their children were Ervin, Earl, Floysse, Priscilla and Minnie. Her second husband was Lyndon O. R. Dean who she married 8 Feb 1908 in Taloga. He died 23 Oct 1947. Their children were LeRoy Calvin and Bernie Tiny. Bernie died young while in the US Army Air Force. Husband number three was Albert Roberts who she married about 1950 in Britton, OK. They had no children.
