The PAGANO'S first setteled Connecticut in the late 18OO's. They arrived via Ellis Island from Striano,Italy. As of September 26,2002 there are 609 descendants of NICOLO PAGANO and MARIE(Forgano)PAGANO. The five original children of Nicolo and Marie were GAETANO,ANTOINETTE(Alfano),CARMELLA(Carbone), FRANCESCO,and ALPHONSE.
