In January of 1998 we began collecting information on our family tree. Jennifer's side of the family have done quite a bit of research already. Terry has just recently researched his maternal grandmother's side back to the late 1600's. Here's a quick overview of key family names:
SJOQUIST: Terry's father's birth name. Grandfather came from England. Roots back to Sweden?
CASTLE: Terry's paternal grandmother. From England
TIERNEY: Terry's maternal grandfather and grandmother (no relation). Grandmother from Ireland
REMUS: Jennifer's father's name. Traces back to Pomerania, Prussia
ZADOW: Jennifer's paternal grandmother. Family from Germany
POKRANT: Jennifer's maternal grandfather. Immigrated from Volhynia, Ukraine
DREGER: Jennifer's maternal grandmother. Immigrated from Volhynia, Ukraine
