This family includes distinguished educators, LEONA TALLEY of Sacramento, California and MARJORIE NOEL BALL of Montgomery, Alabama and SALLIE DADE MCDOWELL and FRANK MCDOWELL, retired Lieutenant Colonel, USArmy of Greensboro, North Carolina and JUDITH ALLEN WADE of Eugene, Oregon and YOLANDA BALL GRAHAM of Montgomery, Alabama. This family includes JOAN ALLEN ALSTON of Sacramento, California, retired California State Police. Several brave active-duty and retired military men and women.
