| Peace to all, This page is dedicated to the Al-Taher family of Nablus and Jaffa, Palestine. This family is a branch of the Jaradat clan whose members live in various cities and villages throughout Jordan, Palestine, Syria, and Iraq. Jaradat traces its roots back to the Juhaina tribe in Al-Hijaz area in Arabia. This is just a test-drive version of what should come in the future. Initially, my main goal is to try out several sofware options available in the market. Unfortunately, all the programs I found so far do not support the Arabic language so please bear with me a little bit. Moreover, I didn't like the outlay of the tree. Although, this software has, by far, the best reviews, it seems, it is not set up to such large families (only male names crossed the 500). Female names' addition, is a long-term project, but I promise someday it will be there. We have to to be aware of the complexity of such project, starting with cultural issues, and not ending with lack of such records. A lot of TEAM work has to be done to achieve this and many other goals. But let's just hold our breath for the time being, and do things one step at a time.
