Alton: the children of David Alton and Wife Francis Shepherd who were married Aug 8 1786 in Appleby, Westmorland, England Most of the children came to Ontario, Canada in early 1800's

Walker: William Walker & wife Sarah came to Canada c1796 with 9 of their 10 children, they were granted land as United Empire Loyalists. Son Robert, remained behind in North Carolina

Springer: Rev. David Springer m Margaret Oliver 1754. He was killed 1776/1777 by Rebels. Margaret and family moved to Ontario, Canada and were granted land as United Empire Loyalists.

Sherwood: James Sherwood m Anne ? c1724 They lived at Ingleby Greenhow, Yorkshire, England. Our branch moved to Halton County, Ontario, Canada in 1832
