Altizer Family Tree

Our family is blessed to have most of our family history well-documented. Ryan is the direct descendant of Emera Altizer, who came to Pennsylvania from Germany in the mid 1770s, and then fought in the American Revolution, including the triumphant victory at Yorktown. He later moved to Virgina, where the majority of the family still lives today. On his mom's side, he is descended from three U.S. Presidents - James Madison, Zachary Taylor and John Tyler. Amanda's family on her father's side hails from Indiana and Ohio, while her mother's family is from Tennessee and Kentucky.
