I am researching the Descendants of John Altman Born Abt. 1776 in South Carolina and married to Nancy Deloach and Priscilla Susan Chesser. I am also researching my wife's family tree, The HIGGS. John Higgs was born abt 1629 in England. He Married Elinor, last name unknown. They had four Children that I know of: Abraham Higgs born in Surry County, Virginia, John Higgs, Reuben Higgs, and Zuckariah Higgs. My wife is a descendant of Abraham Higgs.
