In "A GENEALOGICAL HISTORY OF THE CLARK AND WORTH FAMLIES and other Puritan Settlers in the Massachusetts Bay Colony" by Carol Clark Johnson, Privately Printed, 1970, page 239, there is a descendency chart. I had access to this book at one time.
