THOMAS HORNE (or HORN) born ca 1774 married PRISCILLA SHACKLETTE born ca 1776. They were in Fayette County PA. Came to Kentucky ca 1796. Son Blancette Shacklette Horne born in Jefferson County KY ca 1797. They moved to Meade County KY. WHO WERE THOMAS HORNE's parents? Where was he from? Thomas and Priscilla's son Blancette Shacklette ("Shack") Horne married Nancy Buchanan. They were in Meade and Hardin counties KY. Their son was William Thomas ("Tom") Horn who married Martha ("Mattie") READ. Their son was Samuel Blancette HORN who married (1) Raleigh Jane Percefull and (2) Effie Tabb. Samuel and Raleigh ("Janie") Percefull Horn had son Willett Horn, who married Sallie McIntire. They were born in Hardin County KY and soon after their marriage, moved to Columbus, Ohio for a short time, then settled in Louisville (Jefferson County) KY.
Any information on these families (especially parentage of Thomas HORNE) greatly appreciated.
The surnames above are related to my father's side of the family. My father, Willett Horn, married Sallie McIntire. The McIntires intermarried with the BERRY family so I have included a report on the descendants of John BERRY.
