The Jacob Amonette Family Home Page

I am researching information on JACOB AMONETTE married in 1793 to Susannah Winfrey in Campbell Co, VA. The 1820 census listed Jacob as having 5 boys and 3 girls. One of the boys JAMES HARVEY AMONETTE, my great great grandfather, married Cintha Dedmon. When James died, Jacob remained living with Cintha until he died at age 90 (1850 census). They lived in Smith, Dekalb and Putnam counties in TN. Would like to have information about any other children of Jacob and Susannah, any info about her family or any information to link this Jacob to the Jacob Amonett in Mannakintown, VA. The Amonett's are French Huguenot's and I am missing the link to connect the two.
