Born in London, England to William and Mary Keeville, who remained in London, Thomas married Charlotte Schooner, the daughter of Nancy Johnson. He served in the Civil War. Enlisted as a Private on 18 February 1864
in Company I, 35th Infantry Regiment Wisconsin.
Received a disability discharge Company I, 35th Infantry Regiment Wisconsin on 13 July 1864. Drowned in Lake Winnebago, Calumet Co., WI on April 8, 1887.
