Adam Burkhiser was born 8/25/1834 Bavaira, Germany and died 12/27/1926 Numa, Appanoose Co., Iowa. He came to America with his family when he was 12 years old. After the death of his first wife Catherina Dayton he married Rosina Schaible 9/2/1889 in Trumbull Co., Ohio. He and Rosina had Charles 10/28/1890 in Numa, Iowa.
