| I began my research about 8 years ago when inspired by a trip to Ireland, the motherland of the Andrews name. Unfortunately, I have had little success with the Andrews line, tracing it thus far only a few generations back. Apparently, they were small-time farmers whose history seems to have been lightly documented. I have, however, had what appears to be much success with my mother's maiden name "Holbrook". Through my research, the Holbrooks have proven to have a very dynamic history, culminating in a union of two extreme family cultures - the disciplined aristocrats and the artistic dreamers. I will soon begin adding a whole new branch to this tree, as my wife brings a whole new blood line into this history. The Brannan's will definetly bring a new dynamic background into the mix. Please enjoy the visit and feel free to make any comments. |
