The Anderson family came from Sweden in 1881 with my gradfather, Lars Anderson, followed by siblings and his parents. They settled in Clear Lake, MN around 1881 where they remained through 1934. The depression and "dust bowl" era was too much and the family moved to Polson, Montana, with many family members still residing around the Flathead Lake to this day.
We are having our 4th family reunion in Portland, Oregon from July 27-30, 2005. Much information and fun is had at each of the prior reunions.
We are still tracing family roots, but this has become an interesting project to many family members.
