1. JOHN1 HICKMAN was born Bet. 1755 - 1756 in Duplin Co., NC, and died October 14, 1835 in Monroe Co. Ga. He married ELIZABETH COPELAND 1783 in Anson Co., NC. She was born 1765 in North Carolina, and died October 17, 1852 in Paulding Co. Ga.
