Will of Moses Anderson (his mark)
Being sick and weak in body .... all perishable part of estate be
immediately sold to pay debts...to my beloved wife Roba, 1 cow & calf, $15
worth of hogs, all her wearing cloths, 1 bed & bedclothing, her geese with
her shelf ware, 1 skillet, oven & lids. 1 smal pot during her life and
afterward I give the same to my children: Nancy Bell, Pleasant Anderson,
Russell Anderson, Rebecca Burk & heirs of ??????, Perry and Nancy Jane,
divided equally... balance to be sold and divided .... to my granddaughter
_____ Burk, daughter of Benjamin and Rebecca Burk, all my land I now live on
100 acres by deed, when she becomes 21, to be rented until then....the grave
of myself and wife Elizabeth and son Swimpfield ? be walled in & paid for
out of rent of my land.
