Oscar William Angel was born in 1850s He appears to have been born in Guernsey. He has at least one brother whose name was John and had a wife by the name of Anna. This brother may have had the surname of Butler. Oscar became an American Citizen in 1876 and the emigrated to Islington, London in 1879. He had eight children by his New York born wife - Josephine Agnes nee Smith. Oscar Edward, Frederick, Florence, Mabel, Walter, Eveline, Frank, and Harry (my own grandfather.
