Annett Family - Australia

I am researching the Annett family in Australia,and would appreciate as much information as possible to assist me in completing the Family Tree.To date I have traced the Family back to my Great Great Grandfather,William b.1806 in England and d.12/8/1883 in Portland.He emigrated to Australia in 1852,landing at Portland later that year with his wife Mary(Rogers) b.1811 and six children(Mary b.1836,William b.1838,Frances b.1840,James b.1842,Henry b.1845,George b.1846).

Any information on members of the Annett family would be much appreciated,and I would like to remind you that all information supplied will be treated confidentially,and if you wish certain details not to be made public,your wishes will be followed.I would also like to hear from Annett family members in other parts of the world so that a link may be established.In particular,I would like to trace the family origins in England further.The most accurate detail I have on the English origins is that William b.1806 had a son Henry who was born at "Seven Oaks"Kent,England on 5 th July 1845.I now beleive that William b.1806 parents were James Annett and Elizabeth Shepherd.

I would also like to take the opportunity to thank the many people who have assisted me in gathering information so far.

I have also included genealogy reports on Ellen Wainwright(My Great,Great,Great,Great Grandmother who was a first fleet convict)and from my mothers side of the family there is Thomas Vinen and John James Williams.
