I am researching the ANTHONY family of Jackson and Wood County, West Virginia. John ANTHONY first appears on the Jackson County 1880 census in the Grant District - Town of Murraysville. He married Mary Elizabeth MILHOAN abt. 1868. They had eleven children: Leonard Jefferson, John William, Margaret V., Charles Edward, Freeman, Carmn, Rosa B., Arthur C.Lemuel S., Lilly Mae and Jesse G. In 1880, John built the Milhoan Ridge Christian Church. I am also researching the families of Henry MILHORN (1772-1850) of Belmont County, Ohio; George Washington KIMES (1821-1897) of Meigs County, Ohio; John JORDAN (1820-1912) of Washington County, Pennsylvania; David FARRA (1681-1751) of Norristown, Montgomery, Pennsylvania; John F. LEESON of Monongalia County, West Virginia; Robert McCALLY (1755-1802) of Augusta County, Virginia; Archibald McKINLEY born 1795 in Virginia; William Buell BLAGG (1740-1820) of Albermarle County, Virginia; and Alaerdt (Aldert) Heymansen ROOSA (1621-1678) of Ulster County, New York.
