Robert Holmes Archer (son of William Archer and Sarah Oldfield) was born 1830 in Chesham, Bucks, and died January 17, 1900 in 21 Higham Rd., Chesham, Bucks. He married Laura Press on October 23, 1860 in St. Mary's Church, Lambeth, daughter of James Press.
