Thomas Dibble (son of Thomas Dibble and Mary Tucker)²⁷⁴ was born Aug 21, 1677 in Windsor, Hartford, Ct^{275, 276}, and died Feb 22, 1754 in East Hampton, Suffolk, Ny^{277, 278}. He married Rachel Mulford on Apr 02, 1699 in East Hampton, Suffolk, Ny^{279, 280}, daughter of Thomas Mulford and Mary Gardiner Conkling.

Parents of Thomas may have been Israel Dibble and Elizabeth Hull. Ray Smith's information lists a source of "Stephen Cooper of Shoreham, VT" written by Newman A. Hall 1984. His information lists the fact that Thomas and his brothers, Samuel and George came to East Hampton, from New England, probably Windsor CT in late 1600's.
