| I am currently researching the Lloyd family Tree. I have information that dates back to William Watkeys who was born in South Wales in the early 1800"s. His daughter Ann married David Lloyd. Another great grandmother Jeannette Woozley, daughter of Thomas and Margaret Morgan Woozley, married Thomas Lloyd who was born 8/10/1843 in South Wales. They lived in Homestead Pa. Their son David Thomas, born 9/22/1986 married Susan Elizabeth Cox in 10/13/1887. Their son Thomas Melvin was my maternal grandfather. Some of the names in my family include, Lloyd, Cox, Sweney,Ashley, Luck, Watson, Wright, Watkeys, Morgan. Alot of the Lloyd family still resides in the Pgh area of Pa. Many of the men worked in the surrounding mills of USS in Homestead, Pa. I am willing to share any information I have. |
