WENDT - August John WENDT married Marie LEMBKE. one of the 8 kids was Albert Frederick Gottlieb WENDT born Apr 30 1885 died Mar 5 1951.

ROST - Enno A. ROST Homesteaded section 8 in Pocahontas county IA in 1868 with wife, 3 daughters and son, He died in the field in 1869 at age 70. Homestead was secured by widowed wife and son Benjamin. The three daughters also died in 1869. Looking for information on this family and ancestry.
