Joseph Keehn Family of Illinois/Iowa

I am researching the family of Joseph Keehn, per census information was born in Prussia 25 Dec 1834. Unable at this time to find when he immigrated to America. He married Catharine Mackler (Mockler). They are first located in Harlem, Freeport, Stephenson County, Illinois. Their children: Thomas, Henry, Joseph (my grandfather), John, Mary, Charles, Catherine (Katie) were born in Harlem in 1860-1870's.

My grandfather, Joseph, lived in Ida Grove, Iowa was a barber and married Emma Louise Weisensee. My father was Dewey C Keehn, born May 1898 in Ida Grove, Iowa. Joseph, later owned and managed Pool Halls. He died in Hawarden, Iowa.
