Notes for CARL HENRY ARWE: He was born in NYC at 47 First St. He married Lottie Daub of Cochecton Center,NY and they had two children, Henry Carl and Charlotte Marie. Carl was a manufacturer of kitchen equipment some of which I have in my home on the East Surry Road (DRA). He sold to the restaurant business and the military. He bought the business from his father and the inventory at the time of the sale is framed and hanging in my kitchen. The place of business was on DeKalb Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. He died of cancer of the prostate on Dec. 21,1935. His widow, Lottie, at the time of her death was living with her widowed daughter, Charlotte Arwe Grant in Flushing, NY.
