The Ashby's of Southern Illinois

We are researching the Ashby Family of Illinois, Kentucky and Tennessee. In addition to the Ashbys, we are looking for information on James, Norman, Cruse, Fletcher, and Teear. Any information would be very appreciated.

The surviving children of Adrian and Verble (James) Ashby held a family reunion in July 2001 at Alpine Lake, West Virginia. There were 60 family members present for a week at the resort. Old photos, slides and movies were shared along with stories and a lot of laughter.
