6. BENJAMIN² VANSANT (WEAVER¹ VAN SANT) was born April 28, 1843 in Pennsylvania, and died March 21, 1917 in Pennsylvania. He married MARY JANE BROOKS March 28, 1866 in Parsonage 1215 Hancock, Phila by Wm. B. Wood, daughter of ABNER BROOKS and RACHEL. She was born March 1844 in Pennsylvania (Lower Makefield?), and died Aft. 1917.

Notes for BENJAMIN VANSANT:
5' 5 1/2" tall, dark hair, grey eyes. Mustered out 8/25/1865. He bought a small parcel of land in Falls between 1960-70 censuses. We are only assuming that Benjamin is yet another child of Weaver and Ann because in the early 1900-1920's his children lived with or near Garrett and Howard was a housepainter who may have worked with the Bowies. (Sarah VS Bowie's father in law and brother in law)

Marriage Notes for BENJAMIN VANSANT and MARY BROOKS:
Information on this union from the 1870 and 1880 Falsington census. Mary is Mary Jane in 1880 but Laurie has her as Mary Ann. He was a laborer and she a housekkeper. All of the children were in school.

Notes for GEORGE B VANSANT:
In 1893, George was living with Garret on 423 Woodland Ave and in 1900 census he was living with his brother, George on Anderson Avenue near Woodland, Trenton, NJ. In 1910 he was living at 136 Oxford Valley Rd/136 Langhorne and Trenton Rd (pg 13 of 27 Middletown, Bucks Co, PA)
