I am trying to create a Family History of the ATMORE'S who arrived initially in Michigan from England in the early 19th century. I can trace this family back to about 1680. I am now trying to trace the name of BARNES, ROSKOW(ROZKOWSKI), DIETRICH AND HEIM. The Barnes name we can trace back to Kansas. Roskow came to this country in the early 1900's from Stuben, Poland (Germany). They settled in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. The Dietrich and Heim are also Philadelphia families. This has become a great adventure. Anyone out there that might have information - please email and we can find out if there is a connection. |
