I have spent many years researching the following family lines in Virginia and Pennsylvania:

I have also researched these families in New York and Quebec:

LEHOUX

I have written two books, one on the Virginia/Pennsylvania lines called "From These Beginnings: The Ancestry of Doris Ercelle Beadles Audet" and one on the Quebec/New York lines called "Canadian Heritage: The Ancestry of Alfred John Audet." I do not sell these books, but copies are available in many genealogical libraries, the Library of Congress, Swem Library at the College of William and Mary, Alderman Library at the University of Virginia, the State Libraries of Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New York, the LDS Library in Salt Lake City, and the DAR Library in Washington, DC. The small booklets printed under my name and bearing as titles the names of some of these families are simply excerpted chapters from the two books mentioned above.

I have also edited the "The Life Book of Ida Willis Burton Smith," which can be found in the Virginia State Library. It contains a good deal of information about Virginia families and places during the years from 1856 to 1953.

I am sorry that since I moved from Virginia to Italy I am no longer able to provide genealogical information. My collection of materials on these families is no longer in my possession.
