| I would like to present my line of the Alioto/Galioto family from the Bagheria, Sicily area. Our line is part of the larger Galioto family that moved to Palermo in the 1850's to tend to the ships of the Count of Arenello. From there my line went to Cincinnatti, then Mobile, AL. in the early 1900's, then on to the Detroit area. All of the family worked in the grocery or trucking buisness, which is how the marriages and family connections occurred. I have three lines of Alioto's as they inter- married cousins in Palermo. Our line crosses with all the Milwaukee and San Fransisco lines, but back 5 or 6 generations. If you have any connection to these lines please contact me with your information.
