Kimbo's Family Tree

This is my attempt at gathering lives of our ancestors. Our roots run deep, our brances are strong, and the fruit we produce is sweet and worth preserving.

Surnames of some of our branches are: Carroll and Flaherty(Galway, Ireland), Duffus and Mennie(both of Aberdeenshire, Scotland), LaRocque and Claremont(both French Canadian), Skaar (?Canada), Sturlaugson and Thomasson (both from Iceland), Wicks (England), and those Icelanders who are known by first names, not last.

Of course, the Icelanders came from Norway, the Wicks have been here for almost 400 years, and although Skaars came from Canada they are not native to that land. The LaRocque family came from France originally, but we don't know where from or when, and there is acutally thought to be a little Spanish and a little Cree Indian in that branch.
