Jessie Maude Stubbs (daughter of George W. Stubbs and Jennie Sarah Pugh) was born Aug 03, 1867 in Kentucky, and died Apr 08, 1935 in Indianapolis, Marion County, IN. She married (1) Harry Harrington. She married (2) Charles Edwin Averill on Aug 11, 1884 in Durango, LaPlata County, CO¹⁵⁴, son of John Rundlett Averill and Sarah Knight.

Notes for Jessie Maude Stubbs:
After Charles died Jessie married Harry Harrington and they bought an 88 acre farm in Scottsburg, IN. After Jessie's death the farm went to her daughter-in-law, Frances Morton (Brossart) Averill. After Frances died her children claimed the farm and sold it. An apartment building was going to be built there by the new owners.

Harry and Jessie were living with Jessie's mother, Jennie Stubbs in 1920. They were listed in the 1920 Census of Indianapolis, Marion County, IN.
