I have definitive information on the Ayers Family dating back to 1839, which was the birth date of my Greatgrandfather, David H. Ayers. David was born in Morristown/Morristownship, Morris County, New Jersey. He was married to Mary Kinsella, of the same area. I'm looking for his father David I. Ayers and mother Rhoda. They had children named Sarah L., Melvernia, David H., Ann E., John L. etc. I believe I can find a connection to John Ayer of Salisbury, Mass., through Obadiah Ayer (1) who came to Woodbridge, New Jersey and possibly John (2) and Moses (3). I can carry this line through 8 generations. My tree extends 7 generations. I am seeking a link here. By the way, David H. was a Captain in the Civil War (I have much data on him from the NJ Archives). I served in WWII ETO, 1st Eng Sp Brg , Utah Beach.
