I am researching the Gilley family in Texas. Not sure where they came from but, on the 1800 Navarro Co. Tx. census it said Illinois. As yet, do not know the parents of my Gr-Grandfather who's name was Ruben William Gilley B:19 Mar 1857 ?-D:16 Feb 1920 Tx. Married:Sarah C.Clayton 23 Sep 1877 Hill Co. Tx. , And then Mary Margaret Brush Wray 28 Mar 1884 Hill Co. Tx.: He had 3 brothers that I know of for sure, they were George W. who married a L.C.Palmer: Abner Wilson who married a Irene Peavey after her death he married Margaret Quinn: "Gab" possibly Gabriel: A sister Mary Jane who married Thomas Anderson Aston: Also, there was a Rachel Gilley born in 1832 found on the 1880 Navarro Co. Tx. Census with Rueben and Abner.Could this possibly be the mother??

In addition I'm searching for my Gr-Grandparent's James O. Brush B:21 Apr 1831 Ky.-D:18 Jul 1901 ?? Married:Margaret E. Yocum Brush B:4 Dec 1835 Ky.-D:23 Jul 1888 ?? where they went to.They were from Montgomery Co.KY. They were on the 1880 Hill Co.Tx. Census. The children were Mary Margarett,,Rebecca Jane,,James D.,,Martha H.,,Oscar Carl,,& William. In the Bible pages of their daughter was much information but, no clue as to where they went to are or buried at. A couple of the children wound up in Shackleford Co.Tx. and one in Love Co. Ok. and other's stayed behind in Hill Co.Tx. Would really like to know where they are buried...

ANY INFORMATION would be appreciated. I am also, willing to share the information I have.
