The Bacon & Cuzziere Family Tree - Lowell MA

My wife and I are researching 8 Families from Greece to the Azores to Canada and back here to the U.S.A.
One of the oldest members of our Family tree is a Christos Bacou. Born in Thessalonica, Greece. The Desendants of Christos, once coming over to the United States via Ellis Island, changed the last name as many do to "Bacon" so to Americanize it. We are working with some very common names like "Mello" and "Lopes" which, in the Portuguese Community, are very common. So we are having fun and that is what counts.
