Notes for Clarinda Bagby: Friday, 4 Apr 1924, Vol 37 No 50--BROKE BOTH ARMS--Mrs. Frank Shipp, aged about 75 years, residing near Huntsville, had the misfortune to break both of her arms in a fall Monday, being thrown to the ground when her horse started up as she was getting into her buggy. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This is speculation on my part & has not been documented.
Their is a Franklin P. Shipp in lot 268 of Huntsville Cemetery 7-6-1852----5-12-1926 beside Mary D. Shipp 2-10-1847---4-23-1931 This could be Frank & his second wife. (Age matches article) A Frank Ship married Clarenda Bagby. d/o Owen Henry & Mariah Yager. b: Aug 26-1850 d: April 19-1898 (Buried in Bagby cemetery) I do not have either marriage dates. Children = Gertrude & Owen Ben Ship. I do not have any children of Mary D.(?) Shipp & Frank. If anyone has data on Gertrude, or this line, please reply.
