Sarah Melinda Terrill (daughter of Robert Walton Terrill and Annie Elizabeth Tuggle) was born April 16, 1862, and died January 06, 1925. She married (1) Alex Ottwell on 1878. She married (2) John Wesley Fullington on August 27, 1889, son of William Fullington. and ?Millie.

Friday, 16 Jan 1925, Vol 38 No. 38, pg. 1, col 5--A GOOD WOMAN IS DEAD--Mrs.
John Fullington Dies Following Surgical Operation.--Sarah Melinda Terrill, daughter
of Robert W. and Annie Elizabeth Terrill, was born in Howard county April 16, 1862 and
died January 6, 1925, aged 62 years, 8 months and 20 days. She united with the Baptist
church at Roanoke at the age of 14, and later joined the christian church and had lived a
consecrated christian life since early girlhood.
She was married to Alex. Ottwell in 1878. Three children were born to this
union, one of whom survives her--Mrs. G. E. Fullington. At the death of her mother she
was left to care for the five younger children, the youngest, W. I. Terrill, being 6 days of
age, and who passed away August 20th, 1924.
She was married to John W. Fullington August 27, 1889. To this union five
children were born, namely, Johnny Palmer, Susie, Pearl, Ersa and Callie, three of whom
survive. She also leaves and aged husband, four children--Mrs. G. E. Fullington, Mrs.
Aubrey Nichols, Mrs. Arthur Shackelford and Mrs. Bryan Heflin; also four sisters--Mrs.
Jas. Daggs, Sr., Mrs. Martha Miles, Mrs. Belle Murphy and Mrs. John Harris; two
brothers--C. W. and J. R. Terrill, six grandchildren and a host of other relatives and
friends to mourn her death.
She was sick only six days. She underwent an operation at Woodland hospital at
Moberly, after which she lived only three days. Funeral services were conducted at
Providence church Thursday of last week by the Rev. Egan Herndon of Centralia.
She was a good christian woman and in her death her family as well as the
community has suffered an irreparable loss.
