David Baker, a German immigrant arrived in America around 1750. he was about three years old. I am using a page Writen by Orlando H. Baker, in 1867 for the basis of my information. As far as I know the first page of this document is all that has survived. Orlando is my grandfather Samuel Schwartz Baker's older brother. Apparently the facts of this document are being furnished by His Father Jacob Baker. Orlando Was 37 and his father Jacob was 61 years old. There are ove 400 people listed, some have no information ,some linited and others extensive. SURNAMES include: Almquist, Baker, Bietsch, Bowen, Boyd, Brackney, Brandt, Brock, Burke, Busuttil, Chesney, Chestnut, Clarke, Cleary, Credit, Croft, Deskin, Dew, Edwards, Fielson, Foster, Gillespie,Gilliss, Heavin, Johonson, Knapke, Knox, Lamar, Latimer, Letteman, Loy, Martin, McMullin, Mckee, Mitchell, Morton, Napier, Orvena, Payne, Prather,Presley, Rodriguez, Storm Schwander/Swander, Varner, Waggoner, Zelby and others.
