Francois William Balcam (son of Jean Thomas Balcam and Marie Le Cras) was born 12 Dec 1819 in St Helier Isle of Jersey, and died 18 Nov 1900 in Mooroopna Hospital Victoria⁶⁹. He married Anne Romeril on 18 Jun 1843 in Trinity Isle of Jersey, daughter of Jean Romeril and Marie Esther Ahier.
