Notes for Orlo Alvin Ball: Orlo Ball, Longtime Resident of Loyalton Loyalton. Sierra Co. ---Services for Orlo Alvin Ball, a retired mill worker and 75-year resident of Loyalton, were held today in the Community Baptist Church here. Ball, who was employed for many years at the Clover Valley Lumber Co. here, died Sunday in the veterans hospital in Reno. He was a member of Mill Workers Local No. 3074. During World War 1 he served in France and with the occupation forces in Germany. Survivors include his widow, Fae; daughters, Lorraine Marosla of Quincy and Dorothy Saralagui of Reno; sisters, Vera Henderson of Loyalton, Neva Markham of Red Bluff and Elsie Pederson of Loyalton, three grandchildren, eight great - grandchildren and one great - great - grandchild.
