Notes for Elizabeth A. Sharkey: Sister Of State Senator Sharkey Is Buried In Martinez Martinez (Contra Costa Co.) Sept. 7.--- Funeral services were held to-day in St.Catherine's Catholic Church for Mrs. Elizabeth A. Henderson, 74, who died this week from a throat ailment in the Martinez Community Hospital. The interment was in St. Catherine's Cemetery. Mrs. Henderson who was a native of New York, was widely known in Superior California, having resided in Plumas, Sierra and Nevada Counties for a number of years. She was a resident of this place for the last nineteen years. The deceased was the widow of the late G. W. Henderson; mother of Alton E. Jones and George A. Henderson of Martinez; sister of Senator Will R. Sharkey and Joseph F. Sharkey of Martinez and Albert B. Sharkey of Sacramento, and the grandmother of Adele Jones of Reno, Nev., and Alta Jones of Martinez. She also was the sister of the late Robert Sharkey, the late Mrs. Frank D. King, Mrs. J. Lehan of Richmond and Mrs. Mary E. Selby.
